| How to Place An Order |
In order to place an order, browse through our inventory. Double-click on your design selection. Choose the desired size. Click the Add to Cart icon in order to save your choice. Once your selection has been made, you can either View Your Cart or continue on to Checkout. The icons for both of these options are located in the upper right of your screen.

| Shipping |
At this time, Old Shirty Bastard has included the shipping cost for orders shipped within the continental United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. You should anticipate delivery of your order within 7-10 business days. Please be sure that the delivery address that you provide can receive deliveries from the US Postal Service.

| Why does it say Ships in 2-3 weeks? |
| Occasionally, Old Shirty Bastard will go out of stock on a particular size or design of shirty. When you see the "Ships in 2-3 weeks" message, it is because that particular size/style is being restocked and will ship immediately once received back into inventory. In most cases, your shirt will ship out to you in much less than the 2-3 weeks noted, however, this should be the latest possible shipping date. Old Shirty will send you an shipping confirmation email to verify when your merchandise has been shipped and that is on its way to you.

| Is There a Faster Shipping Option? |
Old Shirty Bastard offers expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail, at an additional shipping charge. These orders will arrive within 2-3 business days (after processing) at a charge of $2.00 additional per T-shirt. Please be sure that the delivery address that you provide can receive deliveries from the US Postal Service.

| Will You Ship Outside of the Continental U.S.? |
If you would like merchandise sent to you at a delivery address outside of the continental United States, Old Shirty Bastard will accommodate your request at an additional shipping charge. These orders should be placed through the Contact the Obasa link. Choose "Non-Continental US shipment" from the dropdown box. Once here, please indicate the following information: Style of t-shirt(s) and quantity of each, shipping address and contact email address. Once the shipping amount has been determined, an email will be sent back to the email address provided with the total amount to be charged and information on how to complete your order. If you agree to the amount of the charge, complete the order form and your shipment will be sent upon receipt of payment.

| How to Track an Order |
You may track any order you have placed by accessing the Old Shirty Bastard website. Once on the site, click on the Track an Order icon that is indicated in the upper right hand corner. You may access your specific order through either your order number or your email address.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. Old Shirty Bastard utilizes 2Checkout.com in order to process your payment utilizing a secure shopping cart. In addition, for your convenience, we will also accept money orders. You may put your order through the normal processing steps. When you select the payment method of "money order" a printable invoice will be displayed. Please print the invoice and forward it, along with your money order, to the given address. Once received, your merchandise will ship within 1-2 business days.

| Return Policy |
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any item, simply return it is the same condition it was sent to you in, unwashed and unworn, within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. You may return your purchase for an exchange, refund, or credit (minus the cost of shipping noted on your invoice.) Please return the merchandise, along with the bottom portion of the invoice that was included in your package. On the invoice, please note what item you are returning and why. If you do not have your invoice, please include a note with your name, address, email address and order number in with your return, along with the reason for return and action requested, such as exchange or return. If you were sent the incorrect item or the item was defective, you will be reimbursed for the cost to return your merchandise via USPS standard delivery. If you have any questions about the return process, please feel free to contact us prior to sending your merchandise back.
